Your assignments will be determined by a combination of:
- Experience level - related to the lenders requirements and FHA/VA panel
inclusion
- Performance and acceptance rate on past assignments - adherence to status
update requirements, and commitment to the due dates
- Quality of your reports - error tracking, compliance with regulation and
guidelines, and general quality and completeness of report submitted
- Proximity to the assignment - the highest ranked, closest appraisers in
the system will receive first opportunity to accept the assignment
